Episode 047, also known as A Party, a Song is the 47th episode of the first season of the television series Violetta. It first aired on September 11, 2012, in Latin America, and it was directed by Jorge Nisco and Martín Saban and written by Solange Keoleyan and Sebastián Parrotta.


Feeling terrible because they all forgot Francesca's birthday, Violetta and the others plan a surprise party. Tomas explains to Violetta that Ludmila is not his girlfriend. But will Violetta believe Tomas, even when Ludmila shows up at the party?

Episode Summary

Tomas tries to kiss Violetta, but she refuses and walks away. Leon doesn't know what to do to keep Tomas away from Violetta. Maxi tells Tomas that Violetta might really love Leon. Tomas tells Violetta that Ludmila is not his girlfriend. Angie is rehired as Violetta's tutor. Meanwhile, everyone feels bad for forgetting Francesca's birthday, so they decide to organize a surprise birthday party. Knowing that Ludmila would ruin everything, no one tells her about the party. The students decide to borrow the Studio's costumes for the party without asking Gregorio. But Andres tells that to Gregorio. Antonio lets the students have the costumes at the party. Suspicions about Gregorio having a spy grows even stronger. Naty tells Ludmila about the surprise party. Everyone's having a great time at the party until Ludmila and Naty show up. Violetta thinks that Tomas invited Ludmila. Ludmila plans a new scheme and sends Tomas to the Studio, telling him that Beto needs him. Ludmila puts Tomas' costume on Andres and pretends to kiss him to make Violetta think that she's kissing Tomas.
